Terms and Conditions

Service is continuous from year to year for your convenience. If changes are needed, please give us a call during office hours 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail to request a call back. Please do not leave a voicemail with your change request.

Discounted applications are for full program clients only. If service is suspended before the end of the full program, the difference from the full price will be charged.

RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Rescheduling service requires a 24 hour notice.

Please contact the office to suspend service.

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

A minimum of 30 days notice is required to suspend service.
